Synopsis
This film is a true to life story of Tommaso Buscetta, a former mob boss who brought down the Cosa Nostra crime organization. Set in the early 1980's, Sicilian mafia bosses were at war with one another over the heroin trade. Buscetta flees to Brazil while his sons and brother are killed in Palermo, knowing he may be the next target. Arrested and extradited to Italy by the Brazilian government, Buscetta makes a tough decision to testify and betray the eternal vow he made to the Cosa Nostra.
